Ringmaster onions have large bulbs with firm white rings surrounding a single center. The sweet and mild flavor is perfect for cooking, and of course, making delicious fried onion rings. The firm white bulbs have a mild flesh and dark green tops just right for green onions. Ringmaster onions are resistant to foliar disease. It is the favorite for onion rings since it has single centers and large, crisp rings. With its large, dark green tops, it is also a favorite for green onions.

Onion plant case lot discounts apply to single variety cases only (no mixing of varieties in the same box). Cases are field packed with the variety marked on the outside of the box. Multiple cases will be strapped together for shipment. For case lot orders, please include your UPS/FedEx shipping address. I love this onion variety and grow it every year. The green tops are so strong and full and VERY green. It’s a beauty while it grows, and a nice size at harvest. So white and clean-looking on display in the “onion room” I would never eat it if I didn’t know what great tasting onion rings they make, or how nicely they work on a burger. It’s just a pretty onion and I highly recommend it.

4 stars for quality, medium sized onions. 2 stars for storage potential. Description states 4 months potential, I got 2 months for most and few up to 3 months.
For example on my drying, Patterson is listed as 10 month potential, I got over a year, on some, 10 months, easily, on most.
The description need to lower the storage potential to 3 months and that is potential. Would not have grown these if the storage description was more accurate
